By using our website, submitting a form, or enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or our programs.

2. What We Provide

Sober Living Riches is an educational and coaching program. We provide course materials, templates, group coaching calls, community access, market research lists, and related resources that teach how to start and operate a sober living home. We provide education. We do not provide legal, medical, clinical, tax, real estate, or investment advice.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when you enroll or submit a form
• Complying with all laws, licensing rules, zoning rules, and certification requirements that apply to you in your city and state
• Any business decisions you make and any results that follow
• Keeping your account credentials confidential and not sharing program access with others

4. SMS Program Terms

If you consent to receive text messages, you agree to receive recurring marketing and informational messages from Sober Living Riches at the number you provided, including messages sent by autodialer. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Payment and Refunds

Program fees are stated at the time of enrollment. Payment plans, if offered, are binding for the full stated amount. Refund eligibility is stated in your enrollment agreement. Where no refund term is stated, program fees are non-refundable once program access has been delivered.

6. Earnings Disclaimer

We make no guarantee of income, profit, or business results. Any figures, case studies, testimonials, or examples shown on our website or in our materials represent the results of specific individuals and are not typical. Your results depend on your effort, your market, your capital, your compliance with local rules, and factors outside our control. Starting and operating a sober living home involves financial risk, including the risk of loss.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, templates, documents, recordings, scripts, and written content we provide are owned by SLRiches LLC and licensed to you for your own personal and business use. You may not copy, resell, republish, distribute, or teach our materials to others without our written permission.

8. Community Conduct

Access to our community may be suspended or ended without refund if you harass other members, solicit members, share program materials outside the community, or act in a way that harms the group.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SLRiches LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of our website, programs, or materials. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us.

10. Indemnity

You agree to hold SLRiches LLC harmless from any claim arising out of your operation of a sober living home or any other business you start, and from your violation of these terms or of any law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or programs after an update means you accept the revised terms.
